Shipping policy
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days, orders aren't processed on weekends and holidays. After placing your order you will receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been packed you will receive another email which will contain your tracking details.
Within New Zealand
Orders are sent via courier services within New Zealand. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes at this time, a physical address in needed.
Please ensure the correct name and shipping address Is provided at checkout. Kai Ora are not responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses supplied. If the address is supplied wrong Kai Ora are not obligated to send the order out again at our expense.
The following shipping rates apply,
- New Zealand Non-Rural $8
- New Zealand Rural $10
Local pickup
Local pickup is available from 56 West Road, Awanui, Northland
Local delivery
Local delivery is available at no charge for ours within Kaitaia township and Awanui shipment - roughly a 10km radius
International Shipping:
We are eligible for Global Export Shipping (Excl. Western Australia) for Distributors on bulk orders.
Small global orders are accepted, please make contact for freight quote. “Excluded territories for small freight are UAE, USA & Australia”

Unfortunately we do not offer offer refunds on international orders if customs decline entry.
