INGREDIENTS//
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. ground rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fine brown sugar
METHOD//
Step 1: Combine the Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix Kai Ora raw honey, ground oats, fresh lemon juice and fine brown sugar until well blended.
Step 2: Apply
Holding your hands over the sink, apply half the mixture and massage it in for one minute. Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse
Wash off with warm water followed by a cool rinse.
Store remaining mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Apply twice weekly. This recipe makes 2 applications.
