Who doesn't love an afternoon pick me up with a cuppa coffee. We've gone a little bit extra with our latest recipe, and we've used Mānuka honeycomb candy from our previous blog to level up your fav beverage.
Ingredients for Mānuka Honeycomb candy
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar (or try coconut sugar for a refined sugar free version)
- 1/2 cup Kai Ora Manuka Honey
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
Ingredients for latte
7 ice cubes
1 espresso shot
185ml cold milk
1 tablespoon crushed Mānuka honeycomb candy
2-3 larger pieces of Mānuka honeycomb for topping
Make honeycomb
Make your latte

In a tall glass, add your ice cubes and crushed pieces of your Mānuka Honeycomb.

Add your espresso shot - the candy will melt and give your latte a caramel flavour.
- Add your cold milk and stir to combine.

Finally add some bigger honeycomb pieces on top and enjoy!
